The Quincy Mall offers a variety of services and amenities to provide you with the best shopping experience. The following services can be found at the Mall Office located by the Restrooms.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available free of charge with a valid driver’s license or photo ID.

Strollers
Strollers are available for a rental fee of $2 for a single and $3 for a double with a valid driver’s license or photo ID.

Security
Quincy Mall Safety and Security is at your service. For assistance please call 217-223-8713.

Mall Walkers
The Quincy Mall is pleased to provide a safe indoor location for mall walkers of all ages. Doors open at 7am daily and close at 10pm Monday-Saturday and 9pm on Sunday. Two and a half round trips inside the mall equals a little over a mile.

Employment
Applications for Quincy Mall positions may be picked up at the Mall Office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Applications for specific mall shops and restaurants may be picked up at their specific locations. In addition, employment listings are posted on this website underneath Employment.

ATM’s
An ATM is located near Krieger’s inside the Quincy Mall. ATMs are also located at First Bank and First Banker’s Trust and Company.
