Enjoy the freshest locally grown produce at the Quincy Mall Locally-Grown Farmer’s Market. Select from farm-fresh eggs, high-quality fruits and vegetables, cheese, jams and jellies, herbs, meats, flowers, and other agricultural products grown in the Tri-State area as well as handmade arts and crafts. The Locally-Grown Market occurs every Tuesdays and Thursdays 3-6p.m. beginning May through October.

Sunday, October 3, 2010 - 1:00pm - Quincy Mall
Cost: $20 for adults and $15 for children age 15 and under; event participation cost to directly benefit United Way of Adams County. Payment is due on the day of the run. Prizes will be awarded to participants for the highest and lowest poker hand. Prizes will also be awarded for the highest score of our fun events along the route.
Please pre-register by September 15th. Mail registration forms to or drop off at ADM Alliance Nutrition, Attn: Jim Hollmann, 1000 N. 30th, Quincy, IL 62305. Pre-registration will allow you to have a speedier check in and you can pick your T-shirt size. Participants registering the day of the event will not be guaranteed a shirt or proper size of shirt. Check-in on the event day will begin at the Quincy Mall fountain area at 12:30pm. Run will begin at 1:00pm. Run route will start at the Quincy Mall, proceed on Columbus Road to MoorMan's Park, and finish back at Krieger's in the Quincy Mall. At each check point along the route, you will get to participate in the fun events listed below. One poker card will be awarded at each event with the final poker card being given at the last check point at Krieger's where you will get a free refreshment. Option to buy up to 2 more poker cards will be offered at Krieger's. Prizes will be awarded for the highest and lowest poker hand along with prizes for highest score of the fun events.
Four Events: Disc Golf, Horseshoes, Bean Bag Washoes and Lasso Golf.

Families are invited to join us on Friday, October 29th and trick or treat at each of our participating retailers. This event provides a safe and family-fun environment for the entire community to share in the spooky holiday spirit. We ask that no scary or inappropriate costumes or masks be worn, so as not to frighten our smallest trick or treaters. Trick or Treating is from 5pm - 7pm
Costume contest begins at 6:45pm at the Fountain Court. Prizes awarded to the top three costumes in the 0-3, 4-7, 8-12 and 13-adult age categories.
